Ambre Energy Limited , is a private coal producer and potential coal exporter.  Ambre owns a 50% interest in both the Decker Coal Mine in southeast Montana and the Black Butte Coal Mine in southwest Wyoming and is the operator and marketing agent of both mines.  Along with the two coal mines, Ambre owns 62% of the Millennium Bulk Terminal located in Longview, Washington.
