| Ms. Croasdale has over 17 years experience working with private equity funds. Prior to joining RCF Management, Ms. Croasdale spent four years as a Principal of Eastpointe Management LLC, a firm that provided outsourced accounting and administrative services to private equity funds, including the Resource Capital Funds. Eastpointe was formed as a spin-off from Continuation Investments Group Inc. (CIGI), the private equity arm of Rothschild North America, Inc. At CIGI, Ms. Croasdale was the Director of Fund Administration and was responsible for managing the Fund accounting, financial reporting, investor relations, technology, and compliance functions. Prior to that, she was a Senior Vice President of Rothschild Asset Management Inc. and Rothschild Ventures Inc. In the 13 years she spent at Rothschild and CIGI, Ms. Croasdale was involved with nearly all of the venture capital and private equity funds launched or sponsored by Rothschild in the US during that time. Prior to joining Rothschild, Ms. Croasdale was with Deloitte & Touche for three years where she worked as a senior accountant. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
