Mr. Dolan, who serves as the general counsel for Resource Capital Funds, is a leading energy and natural resources lawyer with more than thirty years experience in transactions throughout the world. He has acted for financial institutions, minerals companies and investors and has represented the Funds since their inception. Mr. Dolan specializes in project financings, equity investments, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions, all in the context of the minerals industry. He was formerly a partner in the Denver, Colorado law firm, Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. He has taught mining and public lands courses at Georgetown University and Denver University Law Schools, and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America and in Euromoney Publication's Guide to the World's Leading Energy and Natural Resources Lawyers. Mr. Dolan serves on the Board of portfolio company Basin Perlite Company. He holds undergraduate and law degrees from Stanford University.
