Mr. McClements co-founded Resource Capital Funds in 1998 and oversees all aspects of the management of RCF. Prior to launching RCF he was a natural resources sector banker with N.M. Rothschild in Australia and the U.S., and with Standard Chartered Bank. He began his professional career with BHP Limited. He is an honors graduate in Economics from the University of Western Australia.

Mr. Bennett holds a Masters degree in Mining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an undergraduate degree in Geological Engineering and Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin. He has been with RCF since its inception, prior to which his experience included technical analyses of mining projects with N.M. Rothschild and assignments with Caterpillar, Inc. and the U.S. Bureau of Mines. At RCF, he currently serves as the Head of the Denver Office.

Mr. Tuten co-founded RCF in 1998 after many years leading Rothschild Australia Limited, Rothschild North America, Inc. and Continuation Investments N.V., the private equity arm of the Rothschild Group. He also founded the ECentury Capital Fund and the Emerging Markets Gold Fund. Hank has an Economics degree from the University of Virginia.

Mr. Bhappu holds a Ph.D. in Mineral Economics from the Colorado School of Mines and B.S. and M.S. degrees in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Arizona. Prior to joining RCF in 2001 he was the president of a development-stage copper company, director of business development at Newmont Mining Corporation and served in various technical and financial roles at Cyprus Minerals Company.

Mr. Cranswick joined RCF in 2000 after serving as a mining industry equity analyst for Canadian retail and institutional brokerage firms and eight years as a mineral exploration geologist for a number of major international mining companies, the bulk of which was with Kennecott Canada Inc. and Freeport McMoRan Gold Company. He is a Professional Geologist and holds a B.Sc. degree in Geology from the University of British Columbia.

Mr. Nicholson graduated from the University of Queensland with a B.Eng (Mining) and is a Fellow of FINSIA, after completing a graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment. Prior to joining RCF in 2003, he gained technical experience in mine production, planning and management with LionOre Australia (Nickel) and WMC Resources.

Mr. Hills has advised Resource Capital Funds since 2001, and joined in an in-house capacity in 2006. Prior to joining RCF, he practiced as a commercial lawyer, specializing in corporate and finance law in the resources sector. He has a B.Ec. degree from the University of Western Australia and a graduate LL.B (First Class Honors) from Murdoch University.

Ms. Croasdale formally joined Resource Capital Funds in 2006 but has worked with RCF since its inception. She supported RCF as a Principal of Eastpointe Management LLC, a firm that provided outsourced accounting and administrative services to private equity funds, from 2001 to 2005, and as Director of Fund Administration at Rothschild North America and Continuation Investments N.V. from 1988 to 2001. Prior to joining Rothschild, Ms. Croasdale was with Deloitte & Touche LLP for several years. She holds a B.S. degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Boggs joined RCF in January 2011, after having served as Sr. Vice President, Corporate Affairs at Barrick Gold Corporation. Prior to joining Barrick in 2005, Cassie was an international partner at the law firm of Baker & McKenzie, having practiced in its Chicago, San Francisco, Almaty and Jakarta offices. Her professional career has focused on the natural resources sector. She has undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Denver and a Masters degree from Michigan State University.

Mr. Thomas joined RCF in 2010 following an investment banking career that included positions as a mining equity analyst and as a specialty mining salesperson serving institutional clients. Prior to this he was an exploration geologist for Inmet Mining. He is a Professional Geoscientist and holds a B.Sc. in Earth Sciences from the University of Waterloo and a M.Sc. from Queen's University.

Mr. Rowe joined Resource Capital Funds in 2010 after 22 years with the Royal Dutch Shell Group. During his time with Shell he worked in Human Resources, and in Commercial, Governance and M&A roles in the UK, Netherlands, China, Singapore and Australia. He has a strong external focus advising RCF portfolio companies and leading HR aspects of strategic investments. Michael commenced his career working in industrial relations at Australian mine site operations. He is a graduate in Arts (Industrial Relations & Political Science) from the University of New South Wales, and a Fellow of the Australian HR Institute.

Mr. Roussel joined Resource Capital Funds in 2006 after serving as Director of Business Development at one of RCF's portfolio companies in China. Prior to that he worked as an engineer in both the mining and oil & gas industries. He holds MBA degrees from the University of South Carolina and Wirtschafts Universitat-Wien as well as a B.S. in Mining Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.

Jasper Bertisen

Mr. Bertisen graduated with a M.Sc. degree in Mineral Economics from the Colorado School of Mines and a M.Sc. degree in Mining Engineering from Delft University of Technology. Prior to joining Resource Capital Funds in 2004, he completed traineeships in Germany, Finland, Chile and Australia in a number of open pit and underground mining operations. In 2005, Mr. Bertisen worked full time with one of RCF's portfolio companies with base metal operations in Portugal.

Mr. Borrastero joined Resource Capital Funds in 2006 after three years as Senior Geologist with the Denver-based consulting firm of Pincock Allen & Holt, where he provided computerized resource/reserve estimation and project management for due diligence and feasibility studies. From 1996 - 2002, he held a position as Senior Geologist with one of the leading mining software developers and from 1990 - 1996 with MK Gold Company at gold mines in the southwestern United States. Prior to this, Mr. Borrastero began his career as Mine Geologist at underground mines in the central Peruvian Andes. He is a Certified Professional Geologist and holds a M.Sc. degree in Economic Geology from the University of Montana and a Geologist degree from the National University of Cordoba, Argentina.

Mr. De Visser graduated with a Ph.D. degree in Geology from Utrecht University - Faculty of Geosciences in 1991. Prior to joining Resource Capital Funds in 2009, he was Geology-Resource consultant for a number of major mining consultancy firms in Perth over a period of 15 years. In 2008 he worked full time with a uranium exploration and development junior company. He also has previous experience in gold exploration and mining with Newmont Mining and Newcrest Mining.

Mr. McMahon joined Resource Capital Funds in October 2011. He spent the previous six years as a senior geologist with the consulting firm Pincock, Allen & Holt in their Denver and Santiago offices. During this time, his responsibilities included JORC/NI 43-101 compliant resource estimation, reserve audits and technical due diligence for a wide range of metal and non-metal projects. From 2001 to 2006, he worked as a geologist for Oglebay Norton where he focused on exploration, resource estimation and ore control for several industrial minerals properties in the USA. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from James Madison University and a Master of Science degree from Arizona State University. Mr. McMahon is a registered geologist with the State of California.

Mr. Corbett joined Resource Capital Funds in 2008 after working as a financial analyst and commercial manager within the business development department at Wesfarmers Limited. Prior to this he worked as an engineer for Byrnecut Mining Pty Ltd where he gained technical experience in shaft sinking and equipping and underground mine development and production. Mr. Corbett has a B.Eng. (Mech, First Class Honors) and a B.Comm. from the University of Western Australia, Grad. Dip. in Mining from the Western Australian School of Mines and a Grad. Dip. in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA.

Mr. Keenan joined Resource Capital Funds in 2006. Prior to joining, he worked with BMO Capital Markets' mining advisory group in Toronto and its precious metals equity research group in New York City. He also has technical experience as a mine geologist in Western Australia. He has a BSc (hons) degree majoring in geology from the University of Western Australia and an MSc in Mineral Project Appraisal from the Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine.

He also holds a B.S. degree in Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.

Mr. Carrelo joined Resource Capital Funds in 2008 having worked as an Analyst within the Natural Resources Team of Lehman Brothers Investment Banking Division, London. Mr. Carrelo has previously worked as a Mining Analyst for Liberum Capital and as a Consultant for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). He holds a First Class BA. Honors degree in Economics from Durham University (UK) and a MSc. degree in Metals & Energy Finance from Imperial College London.

He holds a BEng(Mining Engineering) degree and a BCom(Finance) degree with Honors from Curtin University in Western Australia. Mr. Hairfield joined Resource Capital Funds in 2011 having previously worked as a mining engineer for Marshall Miller & Associates, serving as a consultant primarily to the coal mining industry. Mr. Hairfield also worked with MVS as a ventilation engineering consultant, working internationally with underground operations using a variety of mining methods and producing various commodities. Mr. Hairfield has past internship experience in mineral sands, aggregate and open pit copper mining. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Virginia and holds a M.B.A. from the College of William & Mary and a B.S. in Mining and Minerals Engineering from Virginia Tech.

Prior to joining RCF in 2011, Ms. Moss worked for BHP Billiton Nickel West as a Mining Engineer where she gained practical and technical experience in the areas of production, drill and blast and geotechnical engineering. She also has past experience in the areas of mine planning and mine waste-rock dump optimization. Ms Moss holds a BEng. (Mining Engineering) with Honors from the University of Western Australia and is a member of The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM).

Mr. Coffey joined RCF Management LLC in February 2008 in order to act as the trader and risk manager for Dampier Master Fund Ltd. Mr. Coffey worked for Gyre Capital Management LLC as head trader and assistant portfolio manager for the Gyre Commodities Alpha Fund before moving over to RCF. Prior to Gyre Capital, he was Vice President and Head of Trading for Hedge Fund Solutions. Mr. Coffey holds a B.A. in History and Public Health from Rutgers University. Previously securities licensed Series 3, Series 4, Series 7, Series 24 and Series 55 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

Dr. Price joined RCF in 2006 following a long career in mining and investment banking. Michael has BSc and Phd qualifications in mining engineering and a Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency. He worked as a mining engineer for British Coal, BP Coal and BP Minerals before joining NM Rothschild & Sons Ltd in 1989. At Rothschild Michael gained extensive mining finance experience culminating in his appointment as Head of Resource Banking and Chairman of Rothschild's Denver office. He subsequently worked for Societe Generale as Global Head of Mining & Metals and Barclays Capital as Joint Global Head of Mining Finance. Michael is also a Non-Executive Director of several mining companies and he is an independent consultant in mining finance.

Ms. Vowinkel joined Resource Capital Funds in 2007 after seven years as Director in Finance- Merchant Banking Division at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce where she provided finance and accounting support for the private equity and venture capital investments held by the firm. From 1996-2000, she held the position of Assistant Vice President in the finance division supporting the Global Loan Portfolio and Distressed Debt at CitiGroup Inc. Prior to this, Ms. Vowinkel worked in finance at Dean Witter, Discover & Co. and Chemical Bank. She holds a B.S. degree from Marist College and an MBA in Finance from Long Island University at CW Post.

Ms. Franks joined Resource Capital Funds in 2006 from the Gill Foundation in Denver, where she served as Controller and then CFO from 2001 to 2006. At the foundation she was responsible for investment portfolio oversight, financial reporting and the financial component of program strategies. Prior to this Lori was a Technical Support Specialist for The Knaster Technology Group specializing in Great Plains software consulting for a variety of companies and industries for three years. Ms. Franks served as Controller for SC Technologies, LLC, a small manufacturing company in Englewood, Colorado, from 1994 to 1998. She holds a B.S. degree in Business and a M.S. Degree in Management, minor in accounting, from the University of Colorado at Denver as well as the Certified Management Accountant designation.

He supported Private Equity Finance and Accounting, Marketing, Investor Relations as well as Senior Management. Mr. Oppedisano received his B.S. degree in Accounting from Mount St. Mary's University.

Mr. Matthew Santoro joined Resource Capital Funds in 2010. For the two years prior to his current position, Mr. Santoro was a Finance Associate at MidOcean Partners, where he applied his accounting knowledge to their Private Equity, Hedge Fund and Management Companies. From 2004-2008 he was an Audit Senior at Deloitte & Touche LLP, working with a wide-range of large and small private equity firms, as well as various consumer product companies. Mr. Santoro has received his B.S. in Accounting from Dowling College.

Mr. Parrott joined Resource Capital Funds after 4 years as Chief Operating Officer of Colorado Capital Advisors, LLC, where he provided leadership of firm operations, internal controls, reporting, systems management and corporate infrastructure, and communications. This follows 10 years’ experience at Janus Capital Group, focused on technology projects for their Institutional, Intermediary and International distribution groups. Prior to this he was at INVESCO Funds Group for 5 years providing systems project management for the Intermediary distribution channel. Mr. Parrott holds a Bachelor of Arts, Geography, degree from the University of Colorado, Denver.
